Picture #1: Texture: deals with the sense of touch and can be visual or actual.

Picture #2: Color- there must be light in order to see color because it is made of color. There are three properties to color: Hue which is the name, Value which is the lightness and darkness, and Intensity which is the purity of the hue.

Picture #4: Pattern/ Repetition- uses different elements throughout, but in a repeating manner. It also creates visual excitement.

Picture #5: Contrast- difference in colors, shapes, textures, and other elements. Contrast also creates excitement.
